At Nittardi, sustainability starts with the way we work every day: in our vineyards, in the cellar and with the people around us. For us, it means looking after the land we cultivate, protecting its biodiversity and using resources carefully, while building a winery that is responsible towards the people who work here and economically sound for the future.
Our 2025 Sustainability Report gives an account of this work. It covers our organic farming and biodiversity, water and energy use, lighter packaging, working conditions and the investments we are making for the years ahead.
Our Equalitas certification helps us measure this progress and, perhaps more importantly, shows us where there is still work to be done. We see it not as a final achievement, but as part of our responsibility for Nittardi and for the land that we have the privilege to cultivate.
